I have been in a breakfast rut! There are mornings that I simply don't want to make anything but you need fuel for your day! Here comes this delicious recipe and it is EASY!!
Overnight French Toast Oatmeal
1/4 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats (Trader Joes)
3/4 cup almond milk
Dash of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon maple syrup
Mix all ingredients together and store overnight in the refrigerator in a mason jar. Mix ingredients or even add some fresh organic fruit. Easy as pie! You can double up and make the portion larger. Enjoy!
